Polaris International Holdings, Inc.

Our Vision
The POLARIS' vision is to build a global multi-market IT services company through acquisitions and/or strategic partnerships. The Company is already performing due diligence on several U.S. IT services companies as potential acquisition targets. The Company believes that in today's global economic conditions, POLARIS' vision in becoming a global multi-market IT services company is prudent and an important strategy for secure growth.

The Company will distinguish itself from its competitors in implementing the Business Technology Management (BTM) and solutions approach targeting only

a handful of specific verticals such as the financial sector, providing high-level technology expertise coupled with an in-depth understanding of the specific business environment.

Fundamental Plans
  • POLARIS provides Specific Industry Expertise
  • POLARIS is establishing itself as the Business Technology Management (BTM) and solutions expert that business executives can trust and rely upon. Business Technology Management (BTM) is a management science that seeks to unify business and technology decision-making at every level in an enterprise. BTM delivers a set of guiding principles, known as BTM Capabilities. These capabilities are combined to form BTM solutions, around which a company's practices can be organized and improved. BTM also defines the expected characteristics of an organization according to five levels of a maturity model.
  • U.S. Headquarters and Global Multi-Market Position
  • Polaris understands that the culture of each individual country requires localization and so Polaris' strategic global growth plan is to mingle into new territories as a local company through acquisitions and/or strategic partnerships. The international headquarters will remain in the U.S., with each "country" operating autonomously in their respective domestic markets. Polaris' initial focus is in the build out of its U.S.-Japan dual-market base as its core operating territories. Management is confident that the reputation of Staff IS Co. and the relationships established with its customers in Japan can be leveraged with local partners to expand into the market. Expansion in the U.S. and ultimately to other countries will allow the referral of clients to its subsidiaries or strategic partners globally.
